VELVET IS BACK!

gosh I love velvet. I have many fond memories of my favorite bell bottom crushed velvet pants I had when I was about 10 or 11 years old, from Limited Too! they were dark purple and I wore them almost every day I swear. since then, I really haven't worn velvet much. just here and there, but this season velvet it every where and on every it girl. there were fields of velvet in the streets of nyfw and it has taken over instagram. 

head to toe velvet can be a bit intimidating but it is so beautiful. to break it up and add some texture, I paired this velvet maxi with a super trendy yet classic long black blazer, a vintage hat, and my favorite booties for early fall. I try to keep the elements simple and neutral when working with a bold statement trend piece. 

velvet is here to stay for a while and we are excited to say that we have a bunch of gorgeous velvet pieces coming in for holiday! get ready.
