Festival Fashion 2019: August Marks 50 Years Since Woodstock, Here Is How Festival Fashion Looked Then And Now

This August marks 50 years since Woodstock and a lot has changed since then.

We thought it would be fun to take a stroll down memory lane and see how festival fashion has evolved throughout the years.

Although 5 decades have passed since 1969, Woodstock fashion has proven to be timeless and so many of the iconic elements that were so prevalent half a century ago, are still very much a live and thriving today.

Fringe continues to be a major player in the world of week long festival fashion. Besides the obvious fringe you see a lot of pattern mixing, sheer layering, and bralettes/bikini tops.

Flower crowns, tiara’s and headbands are still staples for the occasion, but a new style trend has also become a regular go to.
