Uncooked A Delicious New Raw Plant Based Cafe Has Come To Chicago And We Are Sharing Our Favorites


Uncooked, is a new family owned raw vegan cafe in Chicago’s Fulton Market. I found them on my search for raw foods during my recent 28 day cleanse and let me just say, everything I tried was delicious, full of flavor and tons of yummy health benefits!

They are a grab and go restaurant offering uncooked, plant-based food made from whole ingredients. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they serve coffee, smoothies, elixirs, juices, entrees, and desserts.

I shopped ahead for the week and got a lot of great input and recommendations from Jeremy, who is one of the owners. He took his time to explain the concept of the design of each meal and the use of the power of plants to heal. They believe in the importance of offering full spectrum plates.

Jeremy and his mother Carole Jones (fellow owner and chef), shared their favorite items on the menu and even wrote out in order which meals I should eat first vs. last based on which retain their freshness longest.

I can not wait to get back! I have been dreaming of the Rose Latte with oat mylk , the whipped macadamia nut cheese, and the sushi.
